Changeling

Nebulon’s people distinguish between our young with our keen sense of smell, not by facial recognition. Like many of you, Nebulon finds it hard to relate to what seems a fairly standard plot contrivance, a case of mistaken identity. On learning that this film is based on true events however, any hesitation about this disappears and you can enjoy a truly remarkable film.

In describing this film Nebulon would suggest it is like One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest, meets Silence of the Lambs, meets LA Confidential. But this would be inaccurate. In truth, this film is a very compelling story that contains elements of those films but succeeds in delivering a very compelling narrative in it’s own right. Efficient, dramatic, taught, just plain great film-making.

Other worthy features of this film, incidental to it’s out right genius:
  • Angelia Jolie in a non-crap film
  • Clint Eastwood directs
  • Babylon 5 writer and general mastermind Michael J Starczynski writes

This is an excellent film, Nebulon highly recommends it.
On the day of the invasion I will be asking questions, any one lacking sufficient knowledge about this film will be punished.
